  • The SelfMade Health Network is hosting a webinar series titled “Pathways to Health Equity: Expanding Community-Clinical Linkages to Improve Health Outcomes Among Low Income Populations Nationwide”. Registration is now open. The webinar series will take place on Wednesdays from 1-2:15 PM EST on the following dates:
    • Part 1: January 31st
    • Part 2: February 21st
    • Part 3: March 13th
    • Part 4: April 10th
