CADCA’s Geographic Health Equity Alliance (GHEA) is accepting proposals for an evaluator. The contractor will evaluate GHEA’s trainings and technical assistance to tobacco- and cancer-control programs through its three learning collaboratives: Geographic Surveillance Learning Collaborative, HPV Vaccination Learning Collaborative, and Commercial Tobacco Control Policy Learning Collaborative. The purpose of this study is to determine whether GHEA’s support to the National and State Tobacco Control Programs (NTCP) increased the ability of NTCP to reach populations disparately affected by tobacco use and secondhand smoke exposure with evidence-based interventions. The contractor would be responsible for collaborating with GHEA staff on data collection and analysis and in particular conducting qualitative data collection and analysis as well as advising on evaluation methodology.
